We supplied a heavy-duty alligator shear to a well-known non-ferrous metal products factory in India, specifically for brass ingot raw material processing.

To ensure optimal protection during transit, the grab was securely packed in a custom wooden crate.

We successfully delivered a Fixed Shear machine to a client in Australia, meeting stringent quality standards and compliance requirements. The equipment was designed for industrial scrap processing, offering high efficiency, durability, and safety.

Our scrap metal baler is widely used in steel mills, recycling plants, and ferrous/non-ferrous smelting industries to compress scrap metal (such as steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and end-of-life vehicles) into compact bales in the form of cuboids, cylinders, or octagonal furnace-ready charges. The machine consists of three main components: a hydraulic system, an electrical system, and a main frame. It offers flexible operation with either automatic PLC control or manual control to meet diverse needs.
